Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- North Island: Standard shipping (1-3 business days)
- South Island: Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
